Chicken Parmesan Again

OMG this is a fantastic recipe! My family was literally licking their plates lol. . I did not make my own spaghetti sauce but I did use a very good store bought kind called Rao's. I did use the optional diced tomato and fresh basil as well as fresh mozzarella. The "15 minutes to make" is wrong. It takes longer than that to get the water boiling and spaghetti cooked! I did like Points did in his review and baked mine for about 30 minutes instead of under the broiler, just to get everything bubbly all the way through and to make sure my chicken was cooked, then threw it under the broiler to brown the cheese. Totally worth all the dishes used!!! I know the family will be requesting it often :)

I've never seen Chicken Parm cooked this way, with the spaghetti in the pan. How neat! :)

Thanks Shona! First time for me making it this way, I was thinking the leftovers would be dry because the spaghetti would suck up all the sauce, but it wasn't :)
