Chicken Quarters With Herbs And Garlic

    I was looking for a chicken recipe for chicken legs and saw that I made this recipe a couple of years ago. Last time I used chicken breasts as I didn’t have quarters, this time I had quarters:))
    I followed the recipe except took the chicken out of the fridge 1/2 before baking.
    I do that will all meat, let it get to room temperature ( personal preference)

    Like the first time it was delicious, nice and juicy, a 5 in my book.

    I'm so glad you like the recipe! Great tip to let the chicken come to room temp first. I usually take it out just before turning the oven on. I should write that in the recipe, good idea, thanks! :)

    I need to remember to pick up some chicken quarters to make this! Yours looks great Manella, your chicken skin looks crispy :) I do the same and take meat out of the fridge a little while before cooking, especially when I'm grilling it. Sometimes I forget though ;-P
