These are probably the best shrimp tacos I've ever made! It has to be the bacon lol :P I cut all my shrimp in half to fit into the tortillas better and also cooked my tortillas directly over my gas burners instead of a pan. Served topped with a vinegar based coleslaw that went perfect with these. My husband ate them for dinner, lunch, then dinner again lol, so they must have been pretty dang good!
