Chocolate Quesadillas

  My daughter and her friend were wanting to make a "quick" dessert the other night, so I started searching and found this! It was so easy for them to throw together, all by themselves. All we had were mini marshmallows so that's what they used and they also used almond butter in place of the peanut butter. I tried a bite and YUUUM!! They didn't turn out as pretty as the other 2 pictures, but that's ok, they enjoyed every bite anyways :)

  Those look so yummy, Mommyluvs! I'd leave out the banana and add more chocolate chips, and think mini marshmallows sound better than marshmallow creme - more like s'mores!

  My son loves banana-nutella tortilla wraps. But I never thought to do it quesadilla style with marshmallows! He'd love that! :D

  Shona your kids will love this, and I bet Nutella would be an awesome sub for the peanut butter :D
