*Made for the Quick Breads December Recipe Challenge*

Shona's pancake post reminded me that I have been meaning to make these pancakes and review them here for some time! I've made this recipe probably 50 times at least, it's my families favorite and they always turn out perfect :) The batter is best if you let it sit for about 10 minutes before cooking up the pancakes. It makes nice, thick pancakes. Tripled the recipe and froze some for quick breakfasts. Definitely comfort food!!
