  *Made for the July 2020 "Cold Dishes* Recipe Challenge*
  
  Our favorite ingredients in potato salad: pickles and boiled eggs! I did use dill pickles instead of sweet. I also added some mustard just because my husband likes it that way. The bacon was a nice addition :) I almost didn't get a picture because we devoured it lol. I had to scrape up what was left and try and get a decent picture. Excellent recipe Karen :-)

  That is a lovely photo Michelle. It does sound like a good salad and the bacon, well they do say all goes better with bacon. Just can't see putting pickles in a potato salad, not for me anyway. I have friends that put carrots and peas in theirs, must be a Nova Scotia thing:))))

  Yes the bacon was definitely the best part Manella :P pickles in potato salad are awesome. Lol, never heard of carrots and peas in it, so funny!!!
