Ok so I know it's December but yesterday it was 70 degrees, so I grilled shrimp! I wanted a dipping sauce to go with it and found this and happened to have all (but 1) ingredient. I did not have the tajin seasoning so I looked up what was in it and it's basically chili and lime, so I left it out since it already calls for chili lime seasoning. Went perfect for dipping grilled shrimp and I used more tonight on tacos, yum!!!

That looks really good, Mommyluvs2cook! I'm glad I'm not the only one who cooks out of season. I go with whatever sounds good to me at the time.

Thanks y'all! I always cook out of season, but it's warm weather 80% of the year in Texas lol. Can you believe it's now 39 degrees this morning! I'm dying with this up and down weather!

Awesome photo Michelle! The cilantro cream sounds delicious, I would love to use that on tacos, yum!
I have a close friend from Mexico City and she always puts a bit of mayo in her guacamole, I never knew why--- but I see this recipe says to add mayo to sour cream to make it more like Mexican sour cream, makes sense now! :D

I could totally see mayo making qaucamole a touch creamy and nobody even knowing it's in there! I did make the sour cream and mayo mixture instead of buying Mexican sour cream :)
