  Classic Macaroni Salad
  Recipe made for IMI2's July 2020 'Cold Foods' recipe challenge.
  
  My review: Very good classic macaroni salad recipe. I tweaked it just a bit and used 2 cups of dry elbows and I used a little less mayo, about 1/2 cup. I like purple onion in recipes to add color when raw onion is called for in salads and did for this recipe too and added a little diced carrot for a 'pop' of orange color. I like this recipe because it's not swimming in mayonnaise nor does it use a lot of sugar.

  Thank You Manella. I like it if it's made right and this recipe is. Most have too much mayonnaise and/or sugar for my taste.
