Hi, Made a cut down version of this as an an accompaniament to my Burger fest - worked briliantly with both the burgers/pancetta and a wee sauce i created for the night - As it says on the tin - light, refreshing and very tasty - used A quality EVOO and Balsamic - makes a difference

Thank you Don! Glad you enjoyed it! I almost always go with the EVOO and Balsalmic. Occasionally I use a red wine vinegar.
