    Slow Cooker Jambalaya

This was delicious, my family loved it. We didn't realize how spicy andouille
sausage is- so I will have to sub a milder sausage next time. I did use Creole seasoning
because its what i had- added about 1 extra tsp or so. Very good!!

I think the l for html got cut off at the very end of the link. You should be able to edit the post and fix it :) Here's a copy: Slow Cooker Jambalaya
It sounds like a very good recipe Ohiocook! I love Cajun food. I can never get Andouille up here and usually use a chorizo or smoked sausage. I didn't know it was that spicy either!
Thanks for sharing your review here! And don't forget to rate the recipe on the recipe page as well :)

That sounds good!! Jambalaya is on my bucket list and this one looks like a winner. I'd have to sub the sausage too because I can't get Andouille here.

I love cajun food too! I can get Andouille pretty easily here and I always have shrimp and chicken on hand so I am definitely bookmarking this one!!

YUM! This looks like a good jambalaya recipe. It's been a few years since I've made a pot. A good Andouille can be spicy, but it gives jambalaya such a wonderful flavor. Mild Italian sausage also works as does kielbasa.
