I love how this recipe is a full meal! I chose to not wrap the tenderloin in foil and grill directly over the coals to get some nice grill marks and slight charring. The marinade gets so much wonderful flavor into the meat! My asparagus were overcooked compared to the other veggie, but I expected that. The only way to avoid it is to add the asparagus halfway through. No big deal, ate it anyway :P Loved this dinner!

Cooked perfectly Michelle! Great picture! I too love a 'one pot' meal. I like too that you didn't wrap the tenderloin in foil and put it directly on the grill, the best!, and did everything else in the foil. Looks ideal for summer.

Thank you Linda and Manella! The only meat I wrap in foil to grill is those that require a long grill time :)
