How to make it
- LIGHT ONLY ONE SIDE OF GAS GRILL- MEDIUM
- ** PORK
- Prepare pork marinade
- Place pork in large ziploc bag
- Pour marindae over and let sit 4-6 hours, or overnight
- Turn bag occasionally
- 1/2 hour before grilling, set pork out to come up to room temp
- Wrap tightly in foil (tenderloins are often in 2 pieces, wrap each individually)
- Place over indirect heat on grill (top rack)
- Cook about 20-25 miutes, until instant read thermometer says 160-165
- Turn once, halfway through cook time
- **VEGGIES**
- PUT THE VEGGIES ON THE GRILL FIRST, depending on how done you like them, and what you are using...we usually cook them around 40-45 minutes over indirect heat...shorten that time with direct heat.
- Take two large sections of foil, and place one horizontally on counter, the other vertically on top of it, forming a + sign
- Spread veggies in center
- Bring each side up
- Prepare veggie sauce and pour over veggies
- Season veggies with seasoned salt and garlic pepper
- Wrap tightly with foil
- Place packet on bottom portion of grill, over indirect heat
- Cook until pork is done, turn one time, halfway through cooking
- ***NOTE - be sure to always put the shiny side of the aluminum foil to the food, to help hold the heat in***
- CAN ALSO ROAST IN OVEN IF NOT GRILLING WATHER! Place foil packs in roasting pan at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
