Found a recipe for homemade enchilada sauce and it calls for self rising flour??? Really??? Wouldn't you use just all purpose flour? The only time I use self rising flour is in baking.

So am I Cosmicmother, I rarely make enchiladas, so I don't have the sauce on hand. I googled it and the first one to come up was AR's and after seeing the flour thing I immediately came here to find something better. I'm glad too this recipes was so easy, great tasting and didn't take a lot of time to make it.
