    Faiths Cheesy Cauliflower Casserole
Made for IMI2's January 2019 "Casserole" challenge.

My review: "Delicious! Easy! and a company worthy dish. I roasted the cauliflower florets in a 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes instead of boiling. I roasted them dry and because I was putting the rest of the dish together later I let them cool. When I melted the butter I added the flour next to make a rue then added the milk and then the cheese once the milk was nice and hot. Delicious! and would make a nice addition to any meal.
note: I used a blend of Colby and Jack cheese and used about 6 ounces."

What a great way to make cauliflower not so "boring" Linda!! I love cauliflower in any form, but my kids will just nibble at it and say it's "okay". I bet they would LOVE It this way :) :) Love your picture!!!

It's like macaroni and cheese Michelle except with cauliflower and the cauliflower is so neutral in taste even my DH who isn't fond of it ate some.
