Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425
  • boil cauliflower until just tender, about 10 min.'s
  • drain well and place into casserole sprayed with non-stick cooking spray
  • in a medium saucepan add the butter and melt, then add milk and whisk in flour
  • whisk over med-high heat until a boil, reduce heat and continue for 1 minute until smooth and thick
  • remove from heat and add mustard powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper, stir
  • add 3/4 of the shredded cheese and blend well
  • pour sauce over cauliflower
  • mix breadcrumbs with remaining cheese and sprinkle on top
  • bake uncovered approx. 15 min.'s until brown and bubbly
