    Greek Tomato Salad
    BY Sunny
Deliciously light and quite tasty. Made the way the recipe reads, wasn't sure about the feta, i find it a bit salty. Worked perfectly in this salad. I used Unico black pitted olives and flat leaf
Italian parsley. A keeper for sure, next time i will try it with goat cheese.

Bakerme, the feta is ok, but i do prefer goat cheese cause i find it a bit milder.

I'm not a feta fan at all, but my husband loves it! I agree that the goat cheese has a much milder flavor :)

This sounds like a great recipe to use up some garden tomatoes!
I love feta cheese, but some brands can be quite salty. The goat cheese sounds like a great sub! Or for those that can have it, Bocconcini would be nice too :)

I bet the feta was nice in this, and does a good job of replacing the salt that everything else would need. Lol, I have the opposite taste buds than you guys, I think goat cheese is WAAY more pungent than feta :P I've never heard of Unico black olives, I'll have to look for them!

Hi Mommyluvscook, they are in the international section of the grocery stores, or if your store has a Italian section. Unico is a Italian brand of olives, veg.oil, all sorts of things:)))
