Grilled Pork Loin

    *Made for the August 2018 Grilled Recipe Challenge*

    Wow, this was amazing! I didn't even marinate it for days, lol, as the recipe suggest, only about 8 hours. I did boil the marinade down after the pork loin was on the grill and basted it with it. It was SUPER flavorful! I did not have "accent" seasoning, but I read up on it quickly and it seems like it's mainly just MSG based? Anyway, it was suggested to just leave it out, so that's what I did :) I added a touch of salt to make up for it. Such a great marinade, highly recommend!!!

    Lovely photo Michelle!! It looks perfectly cooked. I can't imagine marinating for days but I'm thinking perhaps prepping some pork loins in the marinade then freezing and when you thaw "Ta-Da", marinated and ready to go.
