Ingredients

1/2 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablspoons water

1 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup pineapple juice

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon giner

1 teaspoon accent

1 pork loin

Directions

Slice Pork loin into slices.

Put into ziplock bag.

Mix all ingredieants for marinade.

Pour over porkloin in bag.

Shake in the bag next couple days,

Keep in fridge.

Cook on grill to deisred doneness.

I'm back 8 months later to report that I used this marinade recipe again, this time on country style pork ribs. I had no pineapple juice, so I used orange juice. After 24 hours marinating, then browning on the charcoal grill, I put the ribs and the marinade into a glass baking dish and finished the job in the oven. It was excellent. This is a very tasty marinade.
