Ingredients

How to make it

  • Slice Pork loin into slices.
  • Put into ziplock bag.
  • Mix all ingredieants for marinade.
  • Pour over porkloin in bag.
  • Shake in the bag next couple days,
  • Keep in fridge.
  • Cook on grill to deisred doneness.

    I'm back 8 months later to report that I used this marinade recipe again, this time on country style pork ribs. I had no pineapple juice, so I used orange juice. After 24 hours marinating, then browning on the charcoal grill, I put the ribs and the marinade into a glass baking dish and finished the job in the oven. It was excellent. This is a very tasty marinade.

    We enjoyed this recipe very much. Grilling on charcoal, basting several times with the marinade, and blackening the edges a little, made for a magnificent loin of pork dinner. We had it with Chefmeow's Wild Rice and mushroom pilaf. Thanks again.
