    These little gems are bursting with flavour. I made them to add to chicken broth that I made the day before. I will definitely be making these again. Thanks Manella.

    Doubt that I'd find ground chicken at my store. Would have to grind my own. I have a recipe for that. Should I prefer light or dark meat?
