Hawaiian Chicken Salad

  We really like fruit in our mayo based chicken salads, but pineapple was a new one for us,and it's so good!! I used a touch more mayo and loved the crunch from the sliced almonds :). For the salad oil I just used extra light olive oil. Will be adding pineapple to our chicken salad more often!!

  The only way my husband likes it is with fruit Linda. I could eat it any way lol :). The best is when you make it with homemade mayo, but there isn't always time for that!!
