Wow! My family went gaga over these lol! They are so easy to make, but are time consuming if you are trying to coat them evenly in the toppings and make them pretty :) I saw that this made 6 dozen, which is way more than I needed so I halved the recipe. I rolled them into balls which I thought we're a good size (maybe 2 or 3 small bites each) and I only got 14 truffles! Lol! Maybe I made them way too big, but much smaller would be hard to work with. I am going to make these again on Monday for one of our family Christmas get together's and double the full recipe so I should end up with about 50 something. We had so much fun making these and can't wait (since this batch is sadly already gone!) to make them again!!

Gorgeous photo Michelle, the truffles look very professional! I love all the coatings you used, I would have to try one of each, lol..;)
I used to make Champagne truffles every Christmas for family and friends, when we lived close to home. This recipe looks sooo much easier with the chocolate chips and condensed milk, I must try this one day. :)
