Wow, this was SO good! This doesn't say how long to marinate for so I did for about 5 hours. Used thin cut, bone in porkchops. This had a ton of flavor and the curry along with the honey and herbs is a fantastic combination. I used fresh thyme but dried oregano. This will be my go to marinade for now on and can't wait to try it on chicken :) Not the best picture, but it happens!

Thank you Manella! Do you just not like curry or does it mess with your stomach? Curry is kind of a hit or miss with people, you either like it or you hate it!!

Under curry powder, I don't understand what "the good stuff" means. I know there are several heat levels of curry powder. And I once tried making my own concoction of a mild curry powder. Mild Curry Powder Cooking directions seem to be missing too.

I saw that too Points and not sure what "the good stuff" means either. Maybe just a good brand or something? I used some that I had ordered from "My Spice Sage" a while back. I consider it a pretty decent curry powder lol.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that in my review, cooking directions/method is missing. I figured since there is the word BBQ in the title, it would be grilled. They should add that in there though.
