I have actually been wanting to make this for years and haven't for some reason! It warmed up a little today so I searched my box for grilled chicken recipes and came across it and decided it was time :) By the time I had basted it about twice per side it was done and it was sticky, flavorful, juicy and Oh So Good! Wish I hadn't waited so long to make this, it's fantastic! Left another good one Keni :)

I made this in the oven tonight! I took a tip from Lobster in the reviews and marinated it for a couple hours in the glaze. Then baked it in a casserole dish in the marinade. I used boneless/skinless chicken thighs and baked it at 400F for 25 minutes. You get all the flavours of honey, lemon , garlic and finishes with the spice from the sriraccha. We all loved it except my 10yr old daughter who hasn't got into spicy food yet! I did use a little too much sriraccha sauce so next time I'll tone it down a bit! :)
I didn't get a chance for a photo since everyone hovered over the stove and emptied the dish in a blink of an eye, lol ;) I will definitely make it again, and maybe try it on a broiler pan under the broiler next time or on the grill to compare. But it was so juicy and flavorful baked in the sauce!

So glad it worked out Shona! Yeah, my little one did not eat this either, I didn't even try since I knew he would complain it was too spicy :) Oh, I bet the broiler would work great too!
