Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine all dry rub ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Pat chicken pieces dry and sprinkle both sides with the spice mixture.
  • In medium bowl, combine all glaze ingredients and whisk until well combined.
  • Grill chicken pieces over high heat until juice run clear, basting with the glaze the second half of cooking.

    I took a tip from Lobster, below in the reviews, and marinated it for a couple hours in the glaze. Then baked it in a casserole dish in the marinade. I used boneless/skinless chicken thighs and baked it at 400F for 25 minutes. Delish!

    I Cheated! There, right up front! I threw it all together in a zip bag and marinated
    the chicken breasts for several hours! Life happens and plans change! Grilled on the BBQ and they tasted divine! Kudos to Keni! As always you are an inspiration!
