Honey Sriracha Grilled Chicken

- 3-4lbs chicken pieces of choice shopping list
For Dry Rub
- 1T paprika shopping list
- 1t lemon zest shopping list
- 2-3t fresh ground pepper shopping list
- 1-2t kosher or sea salt shopping list
- 1t dried oregano(I used Mexican but you can sub fresh Italian, if you want) shopping list
For honey Sriracha Glaze
- 1 cup honey shopping list
- 2 large lemons, juiced shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- several T Sriracha hot sauce(to your taste level, I used about 1/4 cup) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all dry rub ingredients in a small bowl.
- Pat chicken pieces dry and sprinkle both sides with the spice mixture.
- In medium bowl, combine all glaze ingredients and whisk until well combined.
- Grill chicken pieces over high heat until juice run clear, basting with the glaze the second half of cooking.

I took a tip from Lobster, below in the reviews, and marinated it for a couple hours in the glaze. Then baked it in a casserole dish in the marinade. I used boneless/skinless chicken thighs and baked it at 400F for 25 minutes. Delish!
