Italian Wedding Soup

    This was good, but I think it could use a bit more flavor. The only things I changed was that I used the green part of Bok Choy, I had no spinach. Also I used Anelli noodles( little round noodles) I had a hand full and I wanted to use them up. I did not use the cheese.
    I will make this again, but instead of just hamburger I will mix the hamburger with ground pork,basil and rosemary to give the meat some flavor.Also instead of onion powder I would use diced onion.

    Our daughter got us the bowls in China Town in Vancouver and i love them..

    Looks good Manella!! I would agree that adding a different meat to the mix would up the flavor. The little "O" shaped noodles are super cute :)
