Ingredients

How to make it

  • combine meat, egg, breadcrumbs, 1 Tsbp parmesan, basil and onion powder.
  • shape into 3/4" balls
  • heat broth to boiling
  • stir in spinach, orzo, carrots and meatballs
  • return to boil
  • reduce heat
  • cook (slow boil) until orzo is tender - about 10 minutes
  • stir frequently
  • serve with more parmesan on top

    A good soup, but i find it needs more flavor. Will make again with some changes. More in MIM11.
