***OCTOBER PUMPKIN CHALLENGE***

This is my favorite seasonal coffee. I’ve tried many recipes over the years. Some good, some not-so-good, but this is THE BEST Pumpkin Latte recipe EVER! It’s difficult to get a frothy cappuccino like top on homemade lattes if you don’t have an espresso machine. Using the blender really worked! And, it held up! I was going to garnish with whipped cream, but wanted to show off the beautiful top. I used the alternate suggestions like unsweetened condensed milk and espresso. By the way, did you know that “unsweetened” condensed milk is just evaporated milk. Why can’t they just say that? lol! Note that the alternate suggestions give much different amounts than the actual. I didn’t know if that was a mistake, but I assumed it was correct. When I put it altogether, I just filled the cup almost half full with frothed milk and then filled the rest with espresso. Absolutely Perfect! Thank you, Midgelet, for sharing such a fabulous recipe!

This sounds delicious, I love pumpkin spiced lattes but never tried it at home. I love to make London fogs and use a small handheld frother to whip the warm milk. I'll have to try my mini blender next time. It looks like you got a good froth on it! :)

I too didn't know unsweetened condensed milk was evaporated milk. Guess you learn something new everyday!! This definitely looks easy, and what a beautiful froth you got on top :) Did you use vanilla syrup, or just plain?
