    Luscious Pumpkin Latte
Delicious, I made this instead of my regular coffee this morning. I made a couple of changes.First I halved the recipe and used lactose free milk, which I was concerned about for the creaminess. Worked great, I brewed regular coffee in my espresso pot and it was strong but good. I used 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, and also, sprinkled some on top.
I really liked this and will be making it again. Thank you for the recipe.
Made for Oct. Pumpkin Challenge. Oct. 15/2017

Sorry one photo is crooked and I don't know how to fix it.
It will not let me post on her recipe, but this is a Five Star drink.
I tried to post again, worked this time.

Looks wonderful Manella!! I love pumpkin spice lattes! I'm glad to know it works with lacto-free milk as that's all I use. :)

I love cashew milk, I bet that would be really creamy. I wonder if it would foam up in the blender though? I might have to try it and see!

I bet that woke you up this morning, Manella! Good to know it works with lactose-free milk, too. We like Lactaid for drinking, but I like the unsweetened, unflavored cashew milk for cereal to save on calories.

Wow, this looks delicious!! I need to pick up a couple more cans of pumpkin to start making all these yummy looking drinks! I always have almond milk on hand, I'm guessing that would work okay?
