I must have made this AGES ago, because there is no link on my review, or even a date! Anyway, made again and it was so good!! I actually put the sauce together then marinated the pork loin in it for about 2 hours. then I poured the marinade into a sauce pan, and boiled it for a bit while the loin cooked. Basted the loin after 10 minutes, then again after 20 and again about 5 minutes before I pulled it out. So flavorful, we loved it!

Boy, that sounds good, and your photo looks super yummy, Mommyluvs. Is that a tenderloin roast?

Thank you Bakerme! It was a very small tenderloin. Just over a pound. Between my husband and I and the 2 kids, it was completely gone, the perfect amount :)

I've never made a pork tenderloin. Too afraid of screwing up an expensive cut :/ This may just make me take the plunge and try one.

I overcooked my pork loin a little, I've never cooked one this small before. It was still good though and not super dry or anything. Do you have a meat thermometer?

Yes, I have two: a probe thermometer and a Thermapen.
