Meat Loaf, Al Italiano

    Made this last night and it was delicious.
    I did not have Italian seasoning so I used finely chopped rosemary and basil.
    No breadcrumbs, so in place of breadcrumbs I used ground up oatmeal and
    worked great. I also added some chopped up rosemary and basil to the
    tomato sauceYUM!!
    When the meat loaf was almost done I took it out of the loaf pan, turned
    it over on to a cake rack on a foiled lined cookie sheet to brown up, and it
    was perfect. It was very firm but moist at the same time.

    Made for the February *Red* Recipe Challenge.

    Yum! I haven't made meatloaf in some time and this looks delicious! The red glaze sounds delicious! Great tip on turning the loaf out of the pan to brown it, I would have never thought to do that! I will have to try that next time I make a meatloaf, thanks Manella! :)
