  OMG!! This salad is Perfect and so GOOD!! I bought tri-colored orzo but next time will use the regular (one-colored) so that is shows off the rest of the ingredients.
  This salad is so much better than the Orzo salad I buy at the Italian market for $9/pound and will be a "keeper" for sure!
  I still need to go to the store and buy the olives and will add those later.
