Simple Mediterranean Style Marinated Chicken/ by DonSpain

This was fantastic! The marinade was perfect. I let it sit overnight, and the flavor permeated every inch of the meat.
I'm glad the recipe said to use a roasting pan in the BBQ because I am notorious for chicken sticking to the grill! The chicken had a nice glaze on it from the marinade, I didn't even have to brush any extra on it while cooking.
The family devoured it! Everyone wanted more, so next time I'll make a double batch! I served it with foil packed grilled potatoes and baby greens. My tummy is very happy right now :D

Like Shona said, this was fantastic!! I used bone in, skinless chicken breast and marinated them for about 3 hours. I ended up baking mine instead of grilling, just cause I was being lazy lol. The flavor came through so well and we all loved it, thanks Don!! Added my pics to the recipe page :)
