I love this recipe! I have made it multiple times and enjoy how quick, easy and yummy it turns out :) This can be used for multiple things like tacos, burritos, over rice, on a salad. Tonight I made burritos with it for my family. I stuffed the burritos with the filling and some rice, folded them up then topped them with shredded cheese and baked, they loved them! I served mine just over the rice. I have a lot left over (thank goodness) that we will probably put on tostada shells for leftovers this week :)
