*Made for the May 2020 " Picture-less Recipe Challenge*

Good stuff! At the ball field every once in a while there are corn vendors that would do something similar to this and I would get it everytime I saw them and the smell of the roasting corn was intoxicating! I did not plate this as described because I cut the recipe way back only using 2 leftover grilled corn on the cobs. Sauteed the corn with the bell pepper to heat it up. So good and just like the stuff from the fields!!

Oh I forgot the cheese in the pics but did add it after I had it all stirred up :)
