Mexican Street Corn

- 3 cups corn kernels, cooked shopping list
- 1 cup Sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- Dash chili powder shopping list
- Hot sauce to taste shopping list
- Juice of 4 limes shopping list
- Mexican cheese(white) crumbled shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper, sautéed in butter shopping list
- Melted butter or squeezable parlay shopping list
- chili lime salt shopping list
- cilantro shopping list
- Exta limes for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Cook corn and set aside.
- In a skillet sautéed bell peppers until tender
- Choose six clear glasses, cups, or serving dishes
- Mix together the sour cream, 1 teaspoon of lime juice, mayo, a dash of hot sauce and a dash of chili powder, mix until smooth
- To plate: spoon in a little corn into the bottom of serving dishes
- Top with a spoon of the sour cream mixture.
- Top with a little bell pepper
- Squeeze a little lime juice on
- Top with a dash of hot sauce and a sprinkle of chili lime sauce
- Top with a little cheese
- Repeat for a second layer!
- Garnish with a small lime and a little cilantro
