How to make it

  • Cook corn and set aside.
  • In a skillet sautéed bell peppers until tender
  • Choose six clear glasses, cups, or serving dishes
  • Mix together the sour cream, 1 teaspoon of lime juice, mayo, a dash of hot sauce and a dash of chili powder, mix until smooth
  • To plate: spoon in a little corn into the bottom of serving dishes
  • Top with a spoon of the sour cream mixture.
  • Top with a little bell pepper
  • Squeeze a little lime juice on
  • Top with a dash of hot sauce and a sprinkle of chili lime sauce
  • Top with a little cheese
  • Repeat for a second layer!
  • Garnish with a small lime and a little cilantro
