Mixed Green Salad

  Made this the other day. I do love salads and this is something I always have on hand.
  I tried it with the submitters dressing and found it to heavy. I made it again with my own dressing of olive oil, white vinegar, salt and pepper. Liked it much better.
  The carrots are there, kind of hidden under the lettuce.
  This is a great starter for dinner, I made chicken and yellow beans to go with it.

  My favorite dressing is similar to yours except I use white-wine vinegar and sometimes a touch of Dijon. :)
