Ingredients

1 bag mixed baby greens

1 small red onion

cherry tomatoes, washed and capped

cucumber, sliced

shredded carrots

1/4 - 1/2 c balsamic herb vinaigrette

Directions

Toss greens with other ingredients except dressing.

Add dressing and toss just before serving.

I make my own dressing with balsamic vinaigrette, Crisco oil, Good Seasons Herb Dressing mix, salt and pepper. The olive oil makes it a little too heavy for me.
