Mustard Maple Chicken Thighs

The flavor on this chicken is so good. I used bone in chicken thighs and legs, that’s what I had out.
I cut back on the maple syrup, used 2 tablespoons which was a good choice for us.
The chicken was so moist and juicy, rtight down to the bone.
Took 55 minutes to reach 165 degrees. Served with butternut squash, cauliflower and a salad. We enjoyed it very much and will make it again.

That looks great Manella!! Super delicious meal!
I've made these a few times and love it! It's so simple and easy yet very flavorful. My kids don't like anything honey-mustard, but they love this recipe with maple syrup! Probably because it isn't as sweet as honey. I just eye ball the ingredients and don't add as much syrup either. Yum, your picture has me craving it! :D

Thank you DIZ, they are interesting and they do work well together. We just don't like a lot of sweet. Very good chicken though:)
