  One Bowl Banana Bread
  
  Wonderful, easy to make recipe that smells awesome when baking and tastes even better than it smells. This bread baked up perfect and the measurements were spot on! No changes. Did add walnuts and some chocolate chips. The recipe is for high altitude baking so note if you are not high altitude it will bake much faster. Mine was done in 35 minutes. Thanks Shona! It's a winner!

  I'm so glad it turned out well for you. And thanks for letting me know about the bake time. I added a note to the recipe so that those at sea level know to check on it between 35-45 minutes. :)
