*Made for the June 2019 "Herbs" Recipe Challenge*

These were good but not fantastic and I have made a lot of stuffed mushrooms that were better. Great mix of flavors, with the herbs and parmesan, but honestly the main flavor was breadcrumbs. I think it needed maybe a little cream cheese or something creamy in the mix? I'd make again with some adjustments.

Great photo, Mommyluvs2cook! Those look so good with the bread crumb topping. I agree with you that it could use some cream cheese to bind everything together. That is strange about the rating system.

That's a heck of a lot of breadcrumbs for 25 mushroom caps Michelle. Did you have leftover crumbs? I'm not a fan of using breadcrumbs in my mushroom stuffing. If I were to try this recipe I might forge ahead but delete the breadcrumbs altogether. That way when you mix the garlic in to the butter and add the thyme you've got a flavoured butter. You never know 'til you try a recipe right? Too bad they weren't a hit.

Beautiful and delicious looking photo Michelle. The recipe looks good but I guess if you are use to a more intense filling I can see how it would be bland.
