*Made for the June 2019 "Fresh Herb" Challenge*

I was searching for something to go with grilled pork loin and found thi recipe. It was the perfect match! I thought I had penne, but didn't, so I used rigatoni. I cut down the recipe by half but I only used 5 Roma tomatoes, which I think worked good. The fresh basil and lemon zest really brightens this dish up, everyone enjoyed!
