    Pork Stroganoff

    Family loved this recipe. Do not be afraid of the amount of paprika it calls for. I used smoked paprika and it did not over power the recipe. I already have requests to make this again. When I do I may add a small pinch of salt and black pepper which it really does not need but will put it over the top fantastic. Also may cut the liquid in 1/2 to get a thicker sauce.

    So glad you posted this, I have a TON of thick cut pork chops that I got on sale in the fridge. This would be a great way to use some of them in a different way than just plain ol' pork chops :) Sounds delicious!
