We had this for dinner last night. What a great recipe and so easy to pull together. I roasted in the oven along with assorted veggies which I had used as a trivet. Will be making again.

Sorry Bakerme that is Brenda photo no mine. I also think that this rub would work only any pork cut. I know that I have rubs on different cuts and the roast was wonderful.

I've eyed this recipe up a few times now. I'd have to leave out the cumin though, I've found I do not like it on pork ;)
