    Pumpkin Or Persimmon Pot De Creme

    Made for IMI2's October 2018 "Pumpkin, Halloween, Octoberfest" challenge. This recipe is for the pumpkin part.

    My review: "De-light-ful!! Just like a rich creamy pumpkin pie. I did double up on the cinnamon and added 1/2 t. ground ginger and 1/2 t. ground clove just because I like spicy pumpkin pie flavor."
    I made Janet's Spiced Pecans and they were the perfect garnish for the pots … a little whipped cream … a few spiced nuts … YUM!!! (after the picture I of course added more nuts).

    Those look heavenly, LindaLMT! That's my kind of dessert! I like pumpkin, but hubby doesn't like it at all. He'd definitely want to try it with persimmons.

    Gorgeous picture Linda, I love recipes served in ramekins so that everyone has their own little dessert :) I'm guessing you can make the same thing with persimmons instead of the pumpkin? I think I'd stick with pumpkin :)
