Quick And Easy Carrot And Chickpea Salad

  I don't have anything negative to say about this recipe! Simple and delicious. I went a little light on the cumin for personal preference, and I used red onion. I let it sit in the fridge for about 2 hours before digging in :) Served it along side grilled chicken, so good! Thanks Manella!
