*Made for the July 2019 "Tomatoes" Recipe Challenge*

Oh man this is heavenly good! I cut the recipe in half and used 16 oz. ramekin. Anything would be good dipped in this, chips, crackers, veggies (red pepper strips, carrots, broccoli, etc). The tomatoes are kind of hard to get a hold of unless you want the whole slice on your chip. Maybe chopping them would work better? I did bake this first for about 10 mins at 375 and then broiled until bubbly. It is a pretty dish (even though my picture is pretty horrible) but once you dig into the cheese underneath, it looks like cottage cheese lol, so that ruined it for a picture of it in the chip. The flavor makes up for it though!

I think your photo looks very nice, Mommyluvs2cook! This is a simple combination that we would really like. YUM! The recipe says to use chopped tomatoes. Slices would be nice to serve on crusty bread like baguettes.

This sounds delicious!!! What did you dip in yours Michelle? I've never heated feta before really, at least for a dip. I'm bookmarking this too!
