Quick Pickled Onions by Manella.

I made this for DH as he loves onions and he gave it a solid 5. Really easy to make. I did double the recipe however and I'm glad that I did as the jar is almost empty. Thanks, Manella.

I've made pickled onions a couple times and they are always gone in a couple days lol. Like Linda said, great on sandwiches and I put them on salads too! Nice picture Bren :)
