How to make it

  • In a small pot heat the water,apple cider vinegar, sugar and salt.
  • Heat until boiling.
  • Place the finely cut onion in the mason jar
  • pour boiling liquid over onion. Seal the jar.
  • Allow to sit at least 1 hour on the counter then and refrigerate over night.
  • Can be eaten after the hour
  • but i find it much better to leave it overnight in the fridge.
  • This can be doubled .
