*Made for the April 2019 "3 P's" Recipe Challenge- Peas*

A delicious pasta dish! We had it along side grilled chicken, but the chicken would go great mixed into the pasta as well :) I thought the shallots were the perfect choice of onions for this. Eat on the day you make it, leftovers do not reheat that well as I heard from my husband lol. 5 star recipe for sure!

Yuum! Scrumptious looking photo! Alfredo sauce is a big weakness of mine! This is just how I like to make it too, with a little garlic and onion. I bet ham or bacon would be great as well, especially with peas. Now I'm hungry, lol ;)

Beautiful photo Michelle! Recipe looks like something I would enjoy. I like the idea of mixing chicken in to make it a one-pot meal.

Very nice photo, Mommyluvs2cook! I love creamy pasta dishes. They don't always do well when it comes to reheating. What I do is mix it a tiny bit of cream or milk prior to reheating. It helps bring back some of the creaminess and makes it a little more palatable.

Thanks Manella and DIZ :). Good tip DIZ ok on adding some cream before reheating, logging that in memory :-)
