Roasted Root Vegetables

  A simple vegetable dish that is quite good. I had no carrots so I added cauliflower and Brussel sprouts.The parsnips add a nice flavor to this. I also added onion and garlic. This is so close to the way I make mine except I like to add onion and some garlic. I do like dishes like this, that are quite versatile to be able to add different vegetables.
